Founded in 2014 with a simple goal: to create a welcoming community where people of all fitness levels could become stronger, healthier, and more confident. What started as a CrossFit gym quickly grew into something much larger. Today, Red Dog Strong is home to a wide variety of clients, from beginners taking their first steps into fitness to competitive athletes, powerlifters, busy professionals, and active adults looking to improve their quality of life. Our culture is built on support, accountability, and encouragement. Dogs are always welcome!
